PROJECT'S FEATURE: Active Façade; Double Skin Wall with unitized aluminum and stainless steel components. The North and South elevations provide continuous flowing curves while the East and West elevations run parallel to the property edge.

DESCRIPTION: This project is one of the first developed buildings within the emerging South Boston waterfront area. It involves the construction of a fourteen-story, Class A office building with both low-rise and high-rise components. Additional features include a seven-story atrium, three-story entrance rotunda, continuous glass canopy and a fully landscaped roof garden.
